Irontech currently organizes products by material, height and series including Natural Optimized and Oriental. The official catalog also publishes US/EU in-stock categories. That breadth is useful, but it means the exact series and material must be confirmed for each listing.
The manufacturer says its full custom system spans many silicone body types and head sculptures. Treat those counts as manufacturer claims rather than independent market measurements; the practical takeaway is that head/body choice is broad enough to require deliberate filtering.
Representative model: Akiyama 165 cm silicone
Silicon Wives lists Akiyama at 165 cm, 77 lb (35 kg), silicone and a steel movable skeleton, with a current price snapshot of $2,499 sale / $2,899 regular. Irontech's own marketplace currently lists Akiyama at a different direct price, which is a reminder to compare configured totals and seller terms, not only a headline price.
Akiyama is best used as a platform example: verify whether the particular listing includes or offers EVO, advanced hands, ROS MAX or gel options instead of assuming every technology on Irontech's R&D page is standard equipment.
EVO, hands and skeleton choices
Irontech's official skeleton guide distinguishes normal and loose body-skeleton tension and documents multiple hand systems. Its guidance also says a looser skeleton requires less effort to pose but does not hold fixed positions like the normal setting. That is a genuine choice with ownership consequences—not simply “better vs worse.”
The same guide recommends gentle posing, support during adjustments, avoiding forced range, and neutral/low-stress storage. Buyers who plan frequent photography or posing may value advanced hand/joint systems more than owners who will keep the product in a limited range of positions.
Material and weight engineering
Irontech's manufacturing article explains why silicone bodies often use a foam core: the company states silicone is denser than TPE and that a full solid-silicone body can become extremely heavy. That makes internal foam/weight reduction a structural decision, not a cosmetic add-on. Ask what reduction system the exact body uses and whether it changes firmness or balance.
Strengths, limits and buyer fit
Strengths: unusually detailed public documentation for skeletons/options, broad silicone/TPE/hybrid coverage and a current premium feature ecosystem. Limits: feature density creates configuration complexity; electronics or advanced mechanisms add additional failure/maintenance points; and full-size premium models can remain heavy even with internal reduction.
Ideal buyer: someone willing to compare technical options and verify exactly what is included. Poor fit: someone who wants a simple, low-cost, low-maintenance purchase with minimal configuration.
Meaningful alternatives: ZELEX for a different series-led premium silicone approach; WM for broader TPE/S-TPE choice and many value-oriented bodies.
